Founder and President/CEO: Michael J. Hukill (Mike) Mike is the creator
and founder of the Total Property Solutions™ concept that first opened in
March 2007. Besides having a strong background in residential property
repair, he brings with him experience in the Information Systems field.
Mike was the Regional IT Director from 2001-2007 for the Southwest
Region of Intermountain Healthcare in Utah.

From 1997-2001 he served as the Information Systems Manager for
Dixie Regional Medical Center and  owned and operated The Video Den
from 1995-1998 in Mesquite, Nevada.  Mike grew up around the
construction and remodeling business and throughout the years
has been assisting residential property owners with various projects.
Mike has developed the procedures, policies and operational guidelines
for our business. He will continue to orchestrate all vendor and supplier qualification programs, assist in franchise training while providing
operational assistance and guidance to all franchisees. Mike’s vision
is to change the paradigm in the property repair and maintenance
industry by the leveraging resources of other trades making it easier
for property owners.

Co-Founder and Director of Franchise Sales: Brent Martin Brent is the
co-founder of the Total Property Solutions™ business model and has been responsible for all the marketing and advertising for the business. He
comes to us with strong retail sales, marketing and electrician
management experience. He was an Electrician and Supervisor from
2002-2007 for Maag Electric in Washington, Utah. During that time he
also started a seasonal special event company known as B&B Productions
in 2005 and continues to serve as its President. Prior experience includes selling retail sports and medical equipment. Brent will oversee franchise operations, develop new marketing and advertising pieces for franchisees, coordinate and facilitate franchisee training programs.

Vice President of Operations: Michael A. Hukill (Michael) Michael joined
us in 2007 and brings with him carpentry, woodworking and wood repair experience. Before taking on the role of field operations with us, he was a Carpenter/Project Manager from 2002-2007 for Devereaux Custom Woodworking in Salt Lake City, Utah. From 1999-2002 he held the position
as Detailer for Boulevard Home Furnishing in St. George, Utah. Michael will continue to assist with training, develop field operation procedures along
with consulting and customer service protocols for franchisees. He will be
the main point of contact for franchisees to help facilitate field operations
and project completion.
